Care and Safety:
Never immerse your beaded jewelry in water. Water can tarnish or damage sterling silver and weaken the stringing material. To
clean, use a silver polishing cloth.
Shipping & Handling:
There will be a shipping & handling charge of $5.00 per order within the United States and $10.00 per order shipped to Canada.
Orders shipped outside of the US or Canada will be charged $15.00. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks to receive your order as all of our
bracelets are custom made.
Returns:
Simply Charming uses only the finest quality materials in our bracelets. However, glass beads could break if not treated with tender
loving care. We pack your bracelet carefully to prevent any damage during shipping. If your bracelet arrives damaged, please
contact us immediately and we will replace or repair it within thirty (30) days of receipt.
